Follow the progress on abandonned carts in your shop.

Widget: Weekly Recover cart

This widget will display the graphical representation of unsold carts.
X axis will represent the weeks and Y axis product count.

1st line indicates the number of products left in the unsold carts.
2nd line represents the number of customers with an abandonned cart.

Use:
Use this widget to keep an eye on the development of abandonned carts.
If the customer have agreed to be contacted by Customer Service, then be aware that the best results will come if you react within 1 hour.
You can also send a second mail a few days later, if no response has been recieved.

Be aware that you cannot expect all customers to complete their orders.
There are many reasons for that, that isn't related to your setup or products.
